Sid Phillips is a temporary resident of Arlington, Virginia, but could more aptly be described as a permanent resident of Reagan National Airport for his weekly travels as a consultant with the Hanover Research Council. Sid is a 2006 graduate (Studio Art/Religious Studies) from the University of Virginia.
